Inspired by the luxurious accessories created in Paris and London in the 1900s-1920s, which incorporated exquisite shagreen, precious metals, and exotic woods, the Avalina bed is highlighted by bonded leather embossed to mimic the look and feel of natural shagreen, paired with straight grain oak veneers. The shagreen comes in two exquisite finishes: a caviar grey and the so-called ivory white to match both the darker refined as well as a fresher and lighter interior. The relatively simple, straight lines combined with these replicated luxurious materials creates a refined, rich, and elegant bed that feels both modern and classic.
